Shipping Policy
We currently ship within the U.S ( International Coming Soon)!
Orders are processed within 3 -5 business days.
Standard shipping takes 5 - 7 business days depending locations.
Digital books are delivered instantly for you to download via email provided. PLEASE - Check Your Spam Folders if e-book (pdf) is not found in your main email folder.
Availability
Our board books are sold as in-stock/while supplies last. Quantities are limited and restocks are not guaranteed.
Processing Time
Our board books are manufactured and delivered to us before we ship them to you. Please allow 25-30 business days for manufacturing before books are ready to ship. Once in stock, orders are packed and shipped within 3-5 business days.

Returns & Refunds
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to our products being printed on demand, we do not offer returns at this time; However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect (take a photo immediately), contact us & we will make it right!
Please be sure to contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with included photo of the issue.
Because our board books are printed in small batches and sold in limited quantities, All Sales Are Final.
However, if items arrive damaged:

Thank you for supporting our small business. Our products are print-on-demand, which means they are printed as your order is placed. Please note that I do not sell or promote any item on my site that I myself and my family have not used. Processing and shipping times may vary depending on the product.
Apparel Return & Exchange Policy
All Sales Are Final-our products are printed-on-demand, so at this time we are not able to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed. We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing your purchase. The only exception is if an item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please be sure to contact within seven days of delivery with a description of the issue and a clear photo showing the problem. Once your claim is received, we will review it and, if approved, arrange a replacement or other appropriate resolution.
